Ben works in Human Resources. His role includes recruiting and onboarding, to payroll and support of individual personal development in the Employee Assistance Programme.

Ryan is a Production Operator. He works in small teams setting and running machinery and is impressed by the long service time and continuity of the staff at the site, and how the shift pattern gives him good leisure time.
