Industry leading energy engineering company, Watt Energy Saver, realised that they were losing time and money by using slide-on markers to identify cables. This traditional method of numbering and denoting each cable very often came to a standstill due to waiting for new marker products to be delivered.

HellermannTyton engaged with Watt and developed a method using HellermanTyton’s Solar Tags that were printed by Watt on a HellermannTyton thermal printer. The new method not only saved time as it was much quicker, Watt Energy are now in control of printing tags, so they always have the right products for the right job, and are able to leave site with a professional finish.
